A 35-meter control tower, weather forecasting building, hydraulic parts erection , surface and elevated water tanks , telecommunications center , communications room , petrol tank… were all made in a land of 30 hectares area.

 Construction of the airport started in 1995.

 In spite of difficult conditions in Qeshm Island such as climate, transportation problems , and buildings distances , the project was completed successfully with the highest possible quality.
