Saba Residential Complex is a thirty-one-floor building including a five-floor parking lot.

Its steel structural framework is made of plate girder with nuts and bolts, which are rotating around two, shear kerns.

These kerns are about 116 meters high, which are made with sliding forms.

All concrete & erection works and a large amount of steel works are done by Kanrood Sazeh Co.
